Owners Direct Loyalty Discount – Terms & Conditions

Having stayed at Northolme after booking via the Owners Direct website you may receive a loyalty discount code entitling you to a 5% discount off your next stay. The terms of the discount are outlined below. These terms also apply if you have booked through another site in the same family as Owners Direct (for example, HomeAway or Expedia).

 

  • In order to receive a 5% discount code via email you must have stayed at Northolme after making a booking via Owners Direct.
  • This offer is only available to the person who made the initial booking and only one code will be given out per stay.
  • The discount code entitles the holder to 5% off the accommodation cost of a booking at Northolme, rounded down to the nearest whole pound.
  • Dogs have a fixed cleaning cost which still applies. If you wish to bring your dog, the additional charge will be added AFTER the discount has been applied.
  • Available dates are on a first come first serve basis.
  • The discount code is valid for 18 months after the date of issue.
  • Each discount code is single use only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The discount code has no monetary value. The code can only be used to receive a discount as per these terms.
  • We reserve the right to end this offer at any time.
  • To make your booking with the code please visit the Owners Direct website and input your code in the message field whilst making your booking enquiry.
