Northolme The Bay Holiday Village Thumb

The Holiday Village

The Bay Holiday Village has been built on the former Butlins site at Filey.

The area was cleared in 2006 and the development began a year later. It is located on one of the most naturally beautiful stretches of the North Yorkshire coastline.

The exclusive development has traditionally styled cottages and apartments that are in keeping with their coastal location. It has been created with a mixture of wide boulevards and mews style cul-de-sacs, thoughtfully laid out with space in mind.

A stroll down to the local on-site pub, The John Paul Jones, highlights a true village feeling. The location has everything anyone would need for a memorable stay.

Northolme The Bay Filey Beach Thumb

The Beach

One of the unique attractions of your holiday at The Bay is that you will have private access directly from The Bay site onto the beach.

Providing breathtaking views, the beach stretches for a over five and a half miles from Bempton Cliffs nature reserve in the south, to the Filey Brigg peninsular in the north.

When the tide is out, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along this magnificent sandy beach from The Bay into the picturesque seaside town of Filey.
